Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
Iron Haven Supply offers a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused or defective, with original packaging intact.
- All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned with the product.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Non-returnable items: Used products, custom or special-order items, and clearance items are not eligible for return. Consumable items (such as fuel additives) are non-returnable once opened.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at (866) 605-4975 or email support@ironhavensupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
- Receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $500.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, shipping error, or damage during transit, Iron Haven Supply will cover all return shipping costs and will arrange pickup at no charge to you.
For returns due to buyer's remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For heavy or freight items (generators over 150 lbs), a freight pickup fee may apply.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for returns of large generator systems that are returned for reasons other than defect or shipping error.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including free return shipping.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products sold by Iron Haven Supply come with the full manufacturer warranty. If your product develops a defect after the 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to our support team — we are happy to help facilitate warranty claims on your behalf.
