Free Shipping on Every Order
Iron Haven Supply provides free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). There are no minimum order requirements — every product, from compact portable power stations to large whole-home standby generators, ships free to your door.
Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and handed off to our shipping carriers within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order number immediately after purchase, and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times
* Delivery estimates begin after order processing. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or extreme weather events.
Freight Shipping — Large Items
Large generator systems and whole-home standby units are shipped via freight carrier with curbside delivery. The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment window.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address to accept the shipment.
- Please inspect the item and packaging thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt immediately. Do not refuse delivery unless the unit is severely damaged — contact us first.
- Freight delivery includes curbside drop-off only. Inside delivery or installation are not included.
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories is available but may require a shipping surcharge depending on item size and weight. Please contact us at (866) 605-4975 for a shipping quote before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also call our support line for order status updates at any time.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at (866) 605-4975. We can accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order is in transit, address changes may incur a re-routing fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Iron Haven Supply is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and building management first, then contact the carrier. If the issue is unresolved, contact our support team and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
