Shipping Locations
Iron Haven Supply currently ships to customers within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).
We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories
- International destinations
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been processed.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on product size, location, and carrier availability.
Typical delivery windows are:
- Standard Products: 5–10 business days
- Large or Freight Shipments: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to product availability, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Iron Haven Supply works with reliable shipping partners including:

- Freight carriers for oversized items
Carrier selection is based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the order.
Freight Deliveries
Certain large products such as:
- storage sheds
- solar power systems
- generators
- large equipment
may ship via freight carrier.
Freight shipments generally include curbside delivery. Customers may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access at the shipping location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders shipped within the continental United States. Products eligible for free shipping are clearly marked on their product pages.
Freight shipments (large items such as storage sheds, solar power systems, and generators) may incur additional delivery fees, which will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.
Available shipping methods include standard parcel delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and freight delivery for oversized items.
Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive an email containing tracking information so they can monitor delivery progress.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- order number
- photos of the damaged product
- photos of the packaging
Iron Haven Supply will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
